They are approved to ECE R65 with a maintenance free gear driven rotator assembly for extra long life complete with a 2 year warranty. They are dual voltage and both include a 12v and 24v bulb free of charge.
Constructed of super strong polycarbonate plastics makes the lens near impossible to crack, perfect as DIN / Pole mount beacons required on agricultural vehicles.
